The hotel's location is truly convenient for trekkers and group of friends staying in the city. It's located near many restaurants and cafes, including a main shopping street. You can find many coin carparks nearby, and the hotel is close to the public transport network. the rooms are spacious and cozy, and the beds are comfortable. the bathrooms are clean, and you can find all the toiletries you need. the staff's service is remarkable, and the breakfast is tasty.
The facilities aren't as modern as other contemporary hotels in the city.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel. It was just a few minutes' walk from major attractions and had an array of restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. The hotel facilities were also great, especially the cleanliness of the room. We found a couple of car parks nearby and transportation was very accessible. the staff were helpful and cute.
Nothing that we didn't like.

The location of the hotel was great to explore the city with ease, as it was situated near the historic landmarks. It was a stone's throw away from a range of dining options, and there were many parking options close by which was very convenient. I also enjoyed the quick check-in process that didn't require providing personal documents.
The smoking room was unpleasant for non-smokers, and the smell was quite strong. The window didn't open very far, which made it difficult to get fresh air in the room. The room was standard in size and quality, and there weren't many perks or amenities on offer. the key selling point was the location.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and it had a great location near the Memorial museum and Atomic bomb dome. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, and public transport easy to access. Quick check-in and no passport required. Air refreshing spray available in smoking rooms.
If you don't smoke, avoid the smoking rooms as the cigarette smell was strong. The standard room was adequate, but couldn’t open the window very much to get fresh air.

The location of Livemax was fantastic - close to a main shopping street, public transport, and with a view of the museum from my window. The quick check-in process was a pleasant surprise, as they didn't ask for my passport. I had a great stay.
I did encounter a small issue with the reservation machine not recognizing my name, but the staff quickly resolved it. one receptionist on April 9th was a bit rude and hesitant about accepting my credit card, but it didn't overshadow the overall positive experience.
